The cattle in this product line live on Uruguay’s extensive grasslands, which are ideal for grazing. Here, it is important that the animals grow on at least 1 hectare per cow, as Uruguayan legislation requires. Finally, the animals go to the feedlot, where they receive at least seven different high-quality grain diets for 100 to 130 days. Soy and corn, among other factors, make the meat so flavorful and tender.
